Management Fee

An amount charged to the corporation by a relocation management company to manage the sale of a transferee’s home. Examples range from simple flat per-case fees and fees calculated as a percentage of the appraised value (or sales price) to more elaborate fees based on a relocation management company’s total cost performance and/or employee service satisfaction.
