Medical Insurance

Employers may provide medical insurance as a benefit to assist employees with the cost of healthcare. An employer with many expatriates may obtain a global medical plan to cover those employees and their families. In other situations the expatriate may remain on his/her home country plan, if available, or the plan available to local employees.
