The pooling in a central bureau of properties for sale, that are held individually by the members of the group, with the agreement that any member of the group may sell the properties, in case of a sale, the commission will be divided among the Broker making the sale, the Broker/Associate listing the property for sale and a small percentage going to the bureau.
