Passport

A formal document that is issued by an authorized official of a country to one of its citizens and usually necessary for exit from and reentry into the country, that allows him or her to travel in a foreign country in accordance with visa requirements, and that requests protection for him or her while abroad. Each family member on assignment must have a passport which will expire no earlier than six months after transfer.
