Pre-Return Trips

Prior to repatriation (for example, six months prior), corporate policy may permit or require an assignee and spouse/partner to travel to the home country in order to address personal and professional reintegration issues. This trip allows the assignee to have advance discussions regarding career progression and next assignments in the home country work location. It also offers the family an opportunity to initiate research and resolution for housing, schools and spouse employment questions.
