General Questions

1. Please provide us with the following information about your firm:
   1. A brief history;
   2. Description of your firm including: the number of years in Business, the number of employees and the number and locations of offices;
   3. Your corporate philosophy;
   4. Most current Annual Report, if publicly traded; Otherwise current certified financial Statements (income statement, balance sheet) for your business.
2. Is your firm a part of, or affiliated with, any other company? If yes, please describe the relationship.
3. What is your source of funds?
4. Is your company “for sale” or otherwise anticipating or currently involved with discussions involving a merger, acquisition, divestiture, or other relationship or change of ownership that will impact your company in the near future? If so, please explain.
5. How long has your firm been in the business of providing relocation related services domestically and globally? In addition to the requested services, what other business is your company currently involved in?
6. What is the legal entity that will be contracting with IDEAL CORPORATION to provide ABC services? Will all of the services outlined in this RFP be performed by this legal entity? If not, which specific services will be provided by your organization and which will be provided by your related companies/subcontractors/alliance partners? For any exclusive arrangements, please list the related companies/subcontractors/alliance partners and their specific responsibilities. Please confirm that IDEAL CORPORATION will contract with only one party that will be held accountable for all performance-related issues including the service level agreements for all services that become part of the final contract.
7. Has your company, its management or staff that will be providing the administrative services outlined in this RFP been involved in any business-related litigation in the past five years? If so, please explain the specifics of the litigation.
8. Provide a brief summary of your company’s strategy and include a bulleted list of the ABC services available and the number of years your company has provided each.
9. Do you contract with companies similar in size and complexity to IDEAL CORPORATION’s population, geography, and plan design? If so, please provide a list of these companies, the specific services you provide, and to whom. Recognizing the limitations imposed by some clients please be as comprehensive as possible. In addition, how many Fortune 1000 clients do you serve?
10. What is your corporate client retention rate for the past three (3) years? How much new clients have you won or lost within the past five (5) years?
11. Provide five (5) references that may be contacted by IDEAL CORPORATION. These references should be from clients with product and service requirements similar to IDEAL CORPORATION’s (one should have transitioned to your firm within the last year). Also provide contact information for a clients that has recently terminated or left your service in the past 12 months. Please do not include any clients lost due to acquisition and/or divestiture.
