Title Costs (Fees)

Fees charged for items such as abstract or title search, title examination, owner’s and lender’s title insurance policies, and any other fee required to ensure the prospective buyer is receiving a fee simple or leasehold estate to the property, as applicable. Also known as Title Fees.
